Refunds

  • JustinTime Baseball will process client refunds up to 24hrs before the start of the associated lesson(s).

  • If for any reason a group program, league event or clinic does not meet our enrollment goals, JustinTime Baseball reserves the right to cancel the scheduled lesson(s) and will apply a full refund to all registered clients.

CANCELLATIONS

  • JustinTime Baseball will process cancellations up to 24hrs before the start of the associated lesson(s) **See Refund Section**

  • Cancellations attempted day of will not be valid for a refund, but may be permitted to reschedule **See Rescheduling Section**

  • If for any reason a group program, league event or clinic does not meet our enrollment goals, JustinTime Baseball reserves the right to cancel the scheduled lesson(s) and will apply a full refund to all registered clients.

Rescheduling

  • JustinTime Baseball will process rescheduling requests made up to 2hrs before the start of the associated lesson(s). This does not include group programs, league events or clinics.

  • JustinTime Baseball reserves the right to reschedule any lesson, group program, league event or clinic due to inclement weather.

  • JustinTime Baseball reserves the right to apply any changes to assigned Instructors as the company deems necessary.

Photo Consent

By registering for any of our programs or lessons, the parent or guardian is giving permission for the child to be photographed or filmed during activities organized by JustinTime Baseball. You understand that these photos or videos may be used for promotional purposes on the company's website, social media, or other marketing materials.
